This time of year I do like to bake, from cookies to cakes, from muffins to malteaser cake.
Nothing beats the smell of my house when I am baking. The way your mouth salivates waiting on something hot coming out of the oven.
But then after baking, there's the thought of doing the dishes. That's what children are for, bribery with a freshly made cookie or cake... I am the master in the kitchen!
