In real life I live literally about a 3 minute drive from the beach. Although where I live it's more a river, like a really big river. The River Forth is a long estuary here, but we have beaches either side. There's nothing I love more than to head down to the sands, kick my shoes off and walk along it. Feeling the sand between my toes, the cold of the water on my feet. The noise of the waves lapping against the shoreline. Sitting down with a flask of coffee and a good book, letting the sea air fill my lungs. That is bliss!
