After working almost 7 x 12.5 hour shifts, I was looking forward to bedtime, best way to start the bedtime routine, is a bath... Maybe not falling asleep in it until the water runs cold and then having to empty the bath and refill it with hot water just to help you get out!
Nothing beats clambering into bed, in this weather the windows are wide open and the bed is just covered in blankets, no need for duvets.
The best thing is when you are sleeping before your head hits the pillow....
