There's something about a breakfast in the morning whilst on holiday. I mean sitting out in the warm sun, drinking coffee, a muffin or even a croissant makes all the difference than sitting at home back in Scotland.
However, breakfast in Spring is, I think, much better. The sun is still warm, but there is a new freshness about the place. The flowers are beginning to bloom, tulips, crocuses, even the roses are coming out.
